- Ensure compliance with all statutory safety regulations and company HSE policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify workplace hazards.
- Perform risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and submit reports.
- Conduct safety induction training, toolbox talks, and employee awareness programs.
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on the shop floor.
- Inspect fire protection systems, emergency equipment, and evacuation procedures.
- Maintain safety records, statutory registers, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external safety audits and ensure closure of audit observations.
- Promote a solid safety culture to achieve a zero-accident workplace and continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
