Job Summary

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for executing day-to-day maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of the facility. The role involves hands-on maintenance work, including electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. The candidate should be capable of identifying faults, carrying out repairs, and maintaining equipment with minimal supervision.

Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Maintenance

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
- Attend maintenance complaints and complete repairs promptly.
- Carry out routine inspections to identify repair requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of all facility areas.

Electrical Maintenance

- Replace electrical fixtures such as lights, switches, sockets, fans, and MCBs.
- Troubleshoot and rectify minor electrical faults.
- Assist in maintaining generators, UPS systems, and electrical panels.

Plumbing Maintenance

- Repair leaking taps, pipes, valves, and sanitary fittings.
- Clear drain blockages and maintain water supply systems.




- Install and replace plumbing accessories as required.
- Equipment Maintenance
- Assist in maintaining pumps, motors, and other facility equipment.
- Ensure equipment is functioning efficiently after repairs.
- Report major equipment faults requiring external service.

Documentation

- Record completed maintenance work.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil, and carpentry work.
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance tools and equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and respond to emergency maintenance calls when required.
- Report material and spare part requirements.
- Inform the Maintenance Manager about recurring issues and major repairs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
