Position: Industrial Engineer

Location: Faridabad

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 PM

Job Responsibilities:

- Improve Production Processes & Operational Efficiency
- Conduct Time & Motion Studies for Productivity Improvement
- Optimize Manpower, Machine Utilization & Production Flow
- Prepare SOPs, Work Instructions & Process Documentation
- Analyze Production Data and Implement Cost Reduction Initiatives
- Coordinate with Production, Quality & Maintenance Teams
- Drive Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5S)

Requirements:

- B.Tech / Diploma in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering
- 3–6 Years of Experience in Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S & Time Study
- Valuable Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP & Production Reporting
- Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving & Communication Skills
