Job Summary

Pet Tools Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Turner (Operator cum Programmer) to join our Production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC turning machine programming, machine setup, operation, and process optimization while ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Program, set up, and operate CNC Turning machines independently.
- Prepare CNC programs using G-Code and M-Code as per component drawings.
- Perform machine setup, tool setting, and offset adjustments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and technical specifications.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy throughout production.
- Monitor machining operations and make necessary program or offset corrections.
- Optimize machining cycles to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, and Dial Indicators.
- Troubleshoot machining problems related to tooling, programs, machine settings, and component quality.




- Maintain production records and machine documentation.
- Follow preventive maintenance practices and keep the machine and work area clean.
- Adhere to all company safety, quality, and production procedures.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of CNC Turning machine operation and programming.
- Proficiency in G-Code and M-Code programming.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of tool selection, tool offsets, cutting parameters, and machining processes.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

- ITI Turner / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with Fanuc or similar CNC control systems will be preferred.
- Experience in precision machining and production environments.
