Key responsibilities.

- Operational oversight:
- Ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
- Manage patient scheduling, appointment flow, and manage the overall patient journey.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and skincare products.
- Staff management and leadership:
- Hire, train, and evaluate clinic staff, including dermatologists, aestheticians, and administrative personnel.
- Create work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment and address employee issues.
- Patient care and customer service:
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Address patient complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Financial and administrative management:
- Manage the clinic's budget,



monitor expenses, and oversee billing and insurance claims.
- Implement cost-effective measures to ensure profitability.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Business development and marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional plans to attract new patients.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree is often required.
- Previous experience in healthcare administration, clinic management, or a related field is necessary.
- Experience in the dermatology or aesthetic industry is often preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- Clinical counseling: 1 year (Preferred)
