Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly creative and performance-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer who understands how to create content that not only looks visually strong — but also performs.

This role involves creating high-converting ad creatives, reels, UGC-style videos, and motion graphics for Meta and other digital platforms. You’ll work closely with the performance marketing and creative strategy team to develop engaging, conversion-focused content for D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-performing short-form videos for Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and visually engaging ad creatives
- Develop UGC-style creatives, product-focused ads, founder-led videos, and brand storytelling content
- Understand hooks, pacing, retention, and editing styles that improve ad performance
- Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to create conversion-focused creatives
- Adapt and iterate creatives for A/B testing and scaling campaigns




- Stay updated with current editing trends, ad formats, and social media content styles
- Manage multiple brand projects while maintaining quality and turnaround timelines

Requirements

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Photoshop
- Familiarity with tools like Illustrator, CapCut, Figma, Blender, or DaVinci Resolve will be an added advantage
- Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, reels, motion graphics, or D2C/e-commerce work
- Good understanding of performance marketing creatives and social media trends
- Ability to think creatively while also understanding campaign and business objectives
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Work Location: In-office

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
