Job Details

- We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in designing scalable Salesforce solutions and working closely with business and technical stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, APIs, and Flows.
- Develop and manage Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, solution design, and delivery.
- Optimize Salesforce applications for scalability, performance, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

REQUIREMENTS

- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Salesforce integration experience using MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica,



or similar tools.
- Experience with Agentforce is required.
- CRM Analytics knowledge and Pardot experience are a plus.
- Understanding of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Copado, and Agile methodologies preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification.
- Agentforce Certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Field Service Lightning (FSL) is a plus.
- trong understanding of Salesforce security models and sharing rules.
