Experienced Required
At least 3 years in sales and a minimum 1 year in the real estate industry is mandatory
Salary Range 25k to 45k per month

JOB DESCRIPTION
Giving presentations to the client / Site visit with client, explaining about the status /project
Keep track of the progress on achievement of commercial Sales targets
Finishing the sales cycle with customers from leads generation till possession.
Taking feedbacks from Existing clients and resolving their issues if any.
Coordinating with marketing team for lead generations
Effectively following up on all the leads to maximize conversion
Managing customer database and generating recent clients.
Managing dealers list from own reference
Identify and appoint channel partners in city and at catchment locations to maximize sales and revenue.
Effectively organizing business meetings with brokers,



home buyers and any other prospective customers to drive sales
Calling on the given data and inviting potential clients for a site visit.
Preferred candidate profile
ï‚· Rich experience in sales of luxury high rise residential flats
ï‚· 1+ years relevant experience in Real Estate industry.
ï‚· Excellent negotiation, networking and communication skills.
ï‚· Presentable and should be convincing and persuasive.
ï‚· Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer
Education:
Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Sales
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of the terminologies of real estate sector
