About the Role

We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist who can build smart workflows, integrate tools, and automate marketing & business processes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with CRMs, AI tools, and integrations to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Automation & Workflow Building

- Build automations using tools like Zapier and Make (Integromat)
- Connect apps, create workflows, and automate repetitive tasks
- Optimize and troubleshoot automation systems

2. CRM & Marketing Automation

- Work with GoHighLevel
- Set up:
- Lead capture systems
- Pipelines & workflows
- Email/SMS automation
- Implement webhook-based automations

3. AI Tools Implementation

- Use AI tools like ChatGPT for content, workflows, and automation logic
- Integrate AI into business processes (lead qualification, responses, etc.)
- Build AI-assisted systems for internal and client use

4. Integrations & Technical Setup

- Connect websites, forms, CRMs, and third-party tools
- Work with APIs and webhooks (basic to intermediate level)
- Ensure data flows correctly across systems

Requirements





- 1–4 years experience in automation / tech / marketing ops
- Hands-on experience with Zapier or Make
- Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
- Robust logical thinking and problem-solving skills

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

- Experience with funnel automation & lead generation systems
- Basic coding knowledge (JavaScript / Python)
- Experience in a marketing agency setup
- Understanding of tracking (GTM, events, etc.)
