- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.
- Solid knowledge of data integration and transformation techniques within analytics platforms.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with data security and compliance considerations in application development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics.
