Job Summary

The Billing Executive / Cashier is responsible for managing customer billing, processing payments, maintaining accurate cash and transaction records, and delivering a seamless checkout experience. The role requires a high level of accuracy, integrity, customer service orientation, and compliance with company policies and statutory regulations

Key Responsibilities

- Generate accurate invoices for gold, diamond, silver, platinum, and gemstone jewellery.
- Verify product details, weight, purity, making charges, wastage, discounts, and applicable taxes before billing.
- Process customer transactions accurately through POS/billing software.
- Ensure proper documentation for sales, exchanges, buyback, advance bookings, repair orders, and home deliveries.
- Issue invoices, receipts, warranty cards, and other relevant documents.




- Receive and process payments through cash, debit/credit cards, UPI, bank transfers, gift vouchers, and other approved payment methods.
- Resolve customer queries related to billing, payment methods, invoices, and receipts.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure quick and effective customer checkout.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail billing or cashier operations is preferred.
- Experience in jewellery retail is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,117.61 - ₹25,469.03 per month
