Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Automation/ Lead Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in

test automation and software quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on

experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for

web applications, APIs, Mobile, Desktop and backend services. The role involves working

closely with Development, Product, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases through

automated testing, continuous integration, and robust quality engineering practices.

Preference would be given if candidate has Automation experience for Capital Market

Products.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Primary Skills: Senior Test Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Web,

Mobile, Desktop, and API Automation using Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and

Python.

- 6–10+ years of experience in Software Testing with strong expertise in automation

framework development and implementation.

- Experience in automating Web, Mobile (Android/iOS), Desktop, and API

applications.

- Strong knowledge of Python, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, PyTest/BDD

frameworks, and automation best practices.

- Experience with API testing tools and methodologies.





- Good understanding of database testing, SQL validation, and backend data

verification.

- Robust understanding of OOP concepts and automation framework design.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Ability to mentor team members and contribute to automation best practices.

- FinTech, Banking, Payments, or other enterprise domain experience preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, Desktop,

and API applications.

- Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and regression test suites.

- Participate in test planning, estimation, and execution activities.

- Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.

- Validate APIs, databases, and backend services to ensure application quality and

data integrity.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams for timely

resolution.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to

ensure quality deliverables.

- Monitor and improve automation coverage and test effectiveness.

- Mentor junior automation engineers and support knowledge sharing within the

team.

- Support release validation and contribute to continuous quality improvement

initiatives.

Pay: ₹552,676.18 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
