1. Lead Management & Patient Enquiries

- Monitor the leads generated through website forms, social media, Google Ads, and aggregator platforms.
- Coordinate with digital conversion team for timely lead follow-up.
- Maintain lead tracking sheets and CRM records.

2. Digital Revenue & Performance Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Track leads, appointments, conversions, revenue generated, and campaign ROI.
- Analyze digital channel performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Present key insights and dashboards to the management

3. Aggregator Management

- Manage hospital listings on healthcare aggregators and appointment booking platforms.
- Coordinate with aggregator partners for profile updates, campaigns, promotions, and issue resolution.
- Monitor lead flow and appointment bookings from aggregator channels.
- Ensure consistency of hospital information across all platforms.

4. Google Ads Support

- Assist in executing and monitoring Google Ads campaigns.
- Track campaign performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, CPL, and ROI.
- Coordinate with agencies or internal teams for campaign optimization.




- Prepare campaign performance reports and recommendations.

5. Google Business Profile (GMB) Management

- Manage and update Google Business Profiles for the hospital and associated centers.
- Ensure accurate business information, services, photos, and contact details.
- Monitor and respond to patient reviews and queries.
- Track profile performance and local search visibility.

6. Website Management

- Coordinate website content updates, banners, doctor profiles, service pages, and blogs.
- Ensure website information remains accurate and up to date.
- Monitor website functionality and coordinate with developers for issue resolution.
- Track website traffic and user engagement through analytics tools.

7. Blogs

- Coordinate the creation, publishing, and promotion of healthcare-related blogs and articles on the hospital website.
