Plant Scale: 1,06,286 sq. ft. campus (40,000 sq. ft. shop floor) (p. 10)

Target Capacity: 2,000+ Metric Tons per month (p. 10)

Job Purpose

The Factory Manager will lead daily operations at our state-of-the-art Dhaniakhali manufacturing unit. This role is fully responsible for meeting a 2,000+ MT monthly production target of Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) internal parts (p. 10). The ideal candidate ensures safe, high-quality, and cost-effective operations while managing a large technical workforce.

Key Responsibilities

* Production Management: Oversee the structural steel roll-forming and high-frequency internal tube manufacturing lines

* Capacity Planning: Schedule labor and machines to hit the heavy 2,000+ MT monthly output

* Quality & Packing Control: Ensure all finished collecting and discharge electrodes are correctly coated with rust-preventive oils and packed safely in steel crates

* Logistics Oversight:



Coordinate raw metal arrivals and finished goods transport via national highways to the Kolkata and Haldia sea ports

* Safety & Standards: Enforce zero-accident policies across the heavy-machinery workspace.

* Client Relations Support: Maintain perfect manufacturing timelines to fulfil strict orders from tier-1 clients like NTPC, Tata Power, and L&T;

Requirements & Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.

* Experience: 8 to 12 years in heavy steel fabrication, sheet roll-forming, or air pollution control equipment manufacturing.

* Technical Knowledge: Solid working familiarity with CRCA sheets, Corten steel, and heavy automated production lines

* Leadership Skills: Proven experience tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), managing budgets, and handling local contract labor pools.
