Candidate Profile:
· Quantification / Estimation as per drawings
- Assisting in preparing / compiling bill of quantities and specifications
- Sourcing vendors, obtaining quotationsbased on PRs, assist in negotiations and award of works
. Maintaining work orders / POs issued project-wise
. Estimation of reinforcement steel quantities
. Recommendation of ad-hoc payment and processing of bills
. Random site checking of bills
. Checking the reconciliation of materials
. Rate verification / Analysis for extra / Additional items
. Compilation and validation of documents pertaining to contractor's obligations as per contract/ Statutory requirements (Bank guarantees, Insurance, PF, GST, etc.)
. Compilation of project costing and budgeting
