Wethonic Financial Services Private Limited is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Team Leader who can manage a sales team while also achieving individual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Ensure team productivity and performance monitoring
- Generate sales for:
- Mutual Funds
- Demat & Trading Account Openings
- Achieve self-sales targets along with team targets
- Conduct follow-ups with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide training and support to team members whenever required
- Maintain proper reporting and coordination with management

Requirements:

- Experience in Team Handling / Team Leading
- Valuable communication and leadership skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds and Demat Accounts preferred
- Graduation is mandatory
