Riyasat Infra Developers Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented MBA Freshers to join as Management Trainees. The selected candidates will undergo practical training across various departments to understand real estate business operations, project coordination, sales support, HR activities, client handling, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior management in daily business operations.
- Coordinate between departments such as Sales, HR, Marketing, CRM, and Site Operations.
- Support project planning, reporting, and coordination activities.
- Prepare reports, MIS, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination activities.
- Handle customer follow-ups and maintain records.
- Learn company processes, policies,



and real estate workflows.
- Support management in achieving business targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA Fresher (HR / Marketing / Finance / Operations).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Robust coordination and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working from office.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
