Job Description

- Ensuring proper housekeeping and following safety and precautions guidelines
- Managing department efficiently and effectively in line with Quality Policy, quality system documentation and carry out continual improvement of QMS;
- Carrying out all testing work as per laboratory’s standard methods only;
- Following quality control plan including control run/ calibration of test parameters and take timely corrective actions for nonconforming testing work, where needed;
- Monitoring status of all critical inputs (purchased supplies) strictly as per norms;
- Managing inventory of all critical inputs in coordination with stores in-charge.
- Handing over all QC records to Technical Manager for validation.
- Informing seniors of critical / alert results as and when observed.
- Ensuring that all test results are generated as per the specified turn around time or time committed to customer.
- Conducting in-house equipment maintenance as per schedule and keep them in up to date working conditions.
