Key Responsibilities

Executive & Strategic Support

- Manage the Chairperson’s calendar, meetings, priorities, and travel schedules.
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, reports, and strategic documents for leadership discussions.
- Act as a thought and execution partner by tracking key priorities and commitments.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary liaison between the Chairperson and internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage official communication, emails, and correspondence.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure on action items across functions.

Meeting, Board & Documentation Management

- Coordinate board meetings, leadership reviews, and high-level discussions.
- Prepare agendas, record Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and track action points to completion.
- Maintain organized and confidential records of board documents, contracts, and sensitive information.

Operational & Cross-functional Coordination

- Work closely with senior leadership, HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for priority projects.
- Support governance,



compliance, and internal process alignment as required.

Confidentiality & Governance

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing matters and managing access to the Chairperson.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership or CXO level.
- AGE upto 34
- Females Only

Key Skills & Competencies

- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional maturity, discretion, and problem-solving orientation.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
