Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented AutoCAD Design Executive to prepare and modify 2D HVAC drawings for commercial and industrial projects. Candidates with HVAC design knowledge will be given first preference. The ideal candidate should have excellent AutoCAD skills, strong mathematical ability, and proficiency in MS Excel.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Drafting
- Prepare and modify 2D HVAC drawings using AutoCAD
- Draft VRV/VRF layouts, ducting layouts, piping layouts, and equipment placement drawings
- Revise drawings based on project requirements and site feedback
- Maintain drawing records and documentation
Engineering Support
- Assist the design team in preparing HVAC layouts and technical drawings
- Perform basic calculations related to HVAC designs
- Support BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
- Coordinate with project and execution teams for drawing updates
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain design documentation and drawing revisions
- Prepare reports and calculations using MS Excel
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and company standards
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of 2D AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- HVAC design knowledge (First Preference)
- Strong MS Excel knowledge (Formulas, Functions, Basic Data Analysis)
- Very positive mathematical and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, and piping
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Candidates with HVAC design experience will be given first preference
- Fresh Mechanical Diploma/B.Tech candidates with excellent AutoCAD skills may also apply
- Knowledge of VRV/VRF, ducting, and HVAC layouts will be an added advantage
