Job Overview:

We are looking for a Plant HR professional to manage day-to-day human resource operations at the plant. The role involves handling recruitment, attendance, compliance, and employee relations while ensuring smooth HR processes on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level roles (workers, supervisors, staff)
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and support payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements
- Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain healthy workplace relations
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities
- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation accurately
- Coordinate with management on workforce planning and HR initiatives

Requirements:

- Graduate / MBA in Human Resources or related field




- 2–6 years of experience in plant HR / factory HR operations
- Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced plant workplace

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in manufacturing / industrial setup
- Knowledge of attendance & payroll systems
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
