We are looking for a Plant Head with excellent multitasking abilities responsible for increasing productivity with innovative methods and inspiring staff to perform better.
To be successful you must be goal-oriented and methodical. A leader to keep up to date with new innovations in production and ensures that health and safety laws are followed.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end production, planning and control .
- Evaluate production efficiency and handle manpower at the factory level.
- Determine the quality of goods before dispatch.
- A degree in any engineering or related field/CIPET/PPO/ITI
- 15-20 years of manufacturing experience, especially in the plastic or drip industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and leadership qualities.
- Ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
