Position Summary
This is a junior administrative role supporting the CEO’s office by assisting the Senior EA and handling day-to-day administrative tasks. The Junior Administrative Assistant will provide reliable operational support, manage routine communications, and ensure smooth execution of small projects and logistics. Flexibility in working hours and a strong communication approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior EA with the CEO’s calendar management, meeting logistics, and room bookings.
- Handle routine correspondence: screen calls, manage incoming emails, and draft simple responses for review.
- Prepare basic meeting materials, take concise notes, and maintain action-item trackers for follow-ups.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense documentation, and reimbursements under guidance from the Senior EA.
- Manage filing, document organisation, and maintenance of confidential records.
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Operations, Merchandising) to execute administrative tasks and requests.
- Handle petty admin tasks such as ordering office supplies, courier coordination, and vendor follow-ups.
- Provide on-the-day support for executive meetings, events, and ad-hoc errands as needed.
- Be available for occasional extended hours or urgent requests, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: 12th pass (higher secondary) or graduate from a recognised institution.
- Experience: 0–2 years in an administrative, coordinator, or assistant role; internships or frontline retail exposure are acceptable.
- Communication: Explicit spoken and written English; professional phone etiquette.
- Organisational skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise routine tasks, and maintain consistent follow-through.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, basic spreadsheets, and calendar tools.
- Attitude: Reliable, proactive, discreet, and willing to learn from the Senior EA.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional extended hours or handle urgent tasks outside standard office times.
Preferred (not mandatory)
- Prior experience in retail or hospitality environments.
- Exposure to supporting senior executives or project coordination.
- Basic knowledge of travel and expense reimbursement processes.
Working Conditions & Expectations
- Based in Gurugram; occasional travel for meetings or events may be required.
- Regular business hours with flexibility for urgent or after-hours tasks.
- This role reports into the Senior EA and is focused on operational and administrative support rather than independent executive-level decision-making.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
