### **Position**

**Sales Representative – Overseas Recruitment**

### **Salary**

**₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month**

### **Job Responsibilities**

* Generate and handle enquiries for overseas job opportunities.

* Counsel candidates regarding international recruitment processes.

* Convert enquiries into successful placements through effective sales techniques.

* Follow up with prospective candidates by phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.

* Maintain excellent relationships with candidates and clients.

* Coordinate with the documentation and operations teams.

* Achieve monthly admission and placement targets.

* Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel and submit daily reports.

* Promote company services through social media and other marketing channels.

### **Eligibility**

* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

* Minimum **1-3 years of sales experience** (experience in overseas recruitment, consultancy, HR, education, banking, insurance, or service sales is preferred).

* Freshers with exceptional communication and sales skills may also apply.

### **Required Skills**





* Excellent communication skills in **English and Malayalam**.

* Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.

* Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

* Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

* Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet, and WhatsApp Business).

* Professional appearance and pleasant personality.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

### **Preferred Experience**

* Overseas recruitment consultancy.

* HR consultancy or manpower recruitment.

* Customer relationship management.

* Telecalling or business development.
