mriga.one is building communities around sports, wellness, networking, travel, and lifestyle experiences across multiple cities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Corporate & Brand Partnerships Lead who can help us build meaningful collaborations with companies and brands.

This role will focus on two major verticals:

- Corporate partnerships for employee engagement and wellness programs
- Brand partnerships and sponsorships for community events and experiences

Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Partnerships

- Build and manage relationships with companies and HR teams
- Pitch and onboard corporate wellness, engagement, and lifestyle programs
- Coordinate meetings, proposals, presentations, and partnership discussions
- Work closely with the operations team to execute corporate programs smoothly

Brand Sponsorships

- Identify and approach relevant brands for event sponsorship opportunities
- Create and manage sponsor outreach strategies for community events
- Build long-term partnerships with aligned lifestyle, fitness, wellness, and consumer brands
- Ensure smooth sponsor coordination before, during, and after events

Business Development

- Generate recent leads and partnership opportunities
- Maintain partnership pipelines and follow-ups




- Contribute to revenue growth through strategic collaborations

Relationship Management

- Maintain strong communication with existing partners and sponsors
- Ensure high-quality partnership experience and retention
- Explore cross-collaboration opportunities across mriga.one communities

Skills Preferred

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in networking and relationship building
- Experience in sales, partnerships, sponsorships, or business development is preferred
- Understanding of brands, communities, events, or corporate engagement is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple conversations simultaneously
