Key Responsibilities

- Study customer enquiries, specifications, datasheets, and process conditions.
- Select suitable pump models for various applications for Different Industries
- Perform hydraulic calculations including flow, head, NPSH, power, and system analysis.
- Prepare technical and techno-commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with OEMs for product selection, pricing, delivery schedules, and technical clarifications.
- Review tender documents and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team and customers.
- Participate in technical discussions, customer meetings, and product presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, documentation, and project execution.
- Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance-related technical issues whenever required.
- Prepare and able to Understand GA drawings, pump data sheets, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Maintain application records,



quotation history, and customer technical database.
- Stay updated with new pump technologies, industry standards, and competitor products.

Required Technical Skills

- Knowledge of centrifugal pumps, AODD pumps, magnetic drive pumps, Or Engineering Rotating Equipment
- Understanding of pump curves, system curves, NPSH, cavitation, hydraulic calculations, and mechanical seals.
- Familiarity with industrial standards such as API, ISO, and ANSI is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP/CRM software is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
