Safety Plus is one of the UK's leading independent suppliers of PPE, workwear, janitorial and workplace products, supplying businesses, public sector organisations and consumers throughout the UK.

As part of our continued growth, we are investing heavily in digital transformation, AI, automation and business systems. We operate across multiple ecommerce websites, online marketplaces, ERP and CRM platforms and are looking for an experienced Digital Commerce, ERP & Business Systems Manager to help drive our next phase of growth.

This is a senior hands-on role working directly with the Managing Director and senior leadership team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and continuously improving our complete digital ecosystem.

This role combines ecommerce, ERP, CRM, digital marketing, automation and business operations into one exciting position.

You will work closely with developers, marketing agencies, software providers and our UK management team to ensure every system works together efficiently.

This is not just an ecommerce role.

We're looking for someone who understands business as well as technology.

Key ResponsibilitiesEcommerce

- Manage and develop Shopify websites
- Improve website performance and conversion rates
- Manage B2B and B2C ecommerce operations
- Optimise customer journeys
- Product catalogue management
- Pricing and promotional management
- Improve UX and customer experience

ERP & CRM

Manage and optimise business systems including:

- Odoo ERP
- Zoho One
- Zoho CRM
- Customer Portals
- Dealer / Trade Portals
- Sales workflows
- Purchasing workflows
- Inventory management
- Order processing
- Workflow automation

Marketplaces

Manage and optimise marketplace operations including:

- Amazon Seller Central
- Amazon Vendor
- eBay
- OnBuy
- ManoMano
- B&Q; Marketplace

Digital Marketing

Lead and manage:

- Google Ads
