Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to overseas suppliers
- Develop and manage international supplier relationships
- Evaluate suppliers on cost, quality, delivery performance SAP MM Knowledge
- Plan and execute import purchases as per production / business requirements
- Negotiate price, delivery terms, and Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, etc.)
- Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation, dispatch schedules, and shipments
- Monitor import costs including freight, insurance, customs duty, and local charges
- Support cost-reduction and import optimization initiatives
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all import documents: Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin ,Insurance & Freight documents.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, customs authorities
- Track shipments and ensure on-time customs clearance Positive Knowledge of excel

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
