- Good knowledge of VoIP and SIP.
- Good knowledge of Linux OS (CentOS/Redhat).
- Working knowledge in any one open source VoIP solutions like Freeswitch, Asterisk, OpenSIPS, Kamailio.
- Good experience in troubleshooting issues using tools like wireshark, tcpdump, etc.
- Good knowledge of tools like sipp, fail2ban & IPtables.
- Should have proper understanding of Networking concepts
- Should have Valuable troubleshooting skills.
- Good knowledge of Mysql Database.
- Experience & knowledge of Database Replication & Heartbeat configuration will add advantage.
- Excellent communication skill & Problem solving attitude
- Good experience in Client Support
- Ready to work in Shift.
