Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other core functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications.
- Architect and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
- Champion best practices in code development, documentation, and version control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues, proactively identifying areas for improvement.




- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce advancements, certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I), and industry trends.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of success.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, and data modeling techniques.
- Extensive experience with Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and other essential Salesforce query languages.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs or middleware tools (a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on user experience.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
