Position Title: Full Stack Development Trainer (MERN & DSA)

Location: Mathura

Employment Type: Contract (Academic Semester Engagement)

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and industry-oriented Full Stack Development Trainer to deliver the complete semester curriculum while preparing students for real-world software engineering careers. The trainer should go beyond classroom teaching by adopting practice-based, example-driven, project-based, and implementation-focused learning methodologies. The ideal candidate should inspire students, simplify complex concepts, and engage them by connecting with their level of understanding while building strong technical foundations and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

● Deliver the complete Full Stack Development curriculum and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) as per the academic plan.

● Conduct interactive classroom sessions, live coding demonstrations, hands-on labs, coding challenges, and project mentoring.

● Teach concepts through real-world examples, industry use cases, and practical implementations rather than theory alone.

● Prepare lecture plans, presentations, coding exercises, assignments, assessments, and project guidelines.

● Mentor students, conduct doubt-clearing sessions, evaluate progress, and provide continuous feedback.

● Integrate coding best practices, version control, debugging techniques, and software engineering principles into learning.

● Ensure timely completion of the syllabus while maintaining academic quality and documentation.

● Prepare students for internships and placements through coding practice, mock interviews, and industry-oriented projects.

Technical Skills Required

● Frontend: HTML5, CSS3,



Bootstrap, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, React Router, Responsive Web Design

● Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, Authentication & Authorization

● Database: MongoDB, Mongoose

● Programming: JavaScript, Problem Solving, Object-Oriented Programming

● Data Structures & Algorithms: Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, Hashing, Recursion, Sorting, Searching, Dynamic Programming, Time & Space Complexity

● Tools: Git, GitHub, VS Code, npm, Postman, Chrome DevTools

● Strong industry experience in Full Stack Development with hands-on implementation expertise.

● Ability to teach through live coding, practical demonstrations, coding exercises, and capstone projects.

● Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

● Ability to engage students, motivate learning, and mentor them according to their individual learning pace.

Expected Deliverables

● Complete semester delivery of the Full Stack & DSA curriculum.

● Student progress reports, coding evaluations, and academic documentation.

● Students capable of independently developing Full Stack applications, solving coding problems using DSA, and demonstrating placement readiness through practical skills and real-world project experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
