We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender & Bid Management Executive to join our team for Government Projects. This opportunity is ideal for 2-3 years experience person who want hands-on exposure in government tendering, GeM operations, bid documentation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tender Searching & Monitoring : Daily monitoring of e-procurement portals such as GeM, CPPP, and State Tender Portals to identify relevant tender notices, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Documentation Support: Assist in compiling, organizing, and preparing technical and commercial bid submissions.
- GeM Management: Support GeM portal operations including product listing, bid participation, and monitoring Reverse Auctions (RA).
- Compliance Verification: Ensure all submission documents such as EMD/BG, tender fees, annexures, and compliance documents are submitted accurately and within deadlines.




- Coordination & Liaison : Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Finance) to gather specifications, pricing, and compliance documents.
- Post-Bid Support :Follow up on tender results, clarifications, corrigendums, and pre-bid meeting queries.

Requirements:

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Quick learner with a proactive approach
