Position: Hub Incharge / Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage Last Mile Hub operations handling 500–800 shipments per day

✅ Lead, motivate, and supervise Delivery Executives

✅ Ensure SLA compliance and achieve operational KPIs

✅ Manage P&L; and drive cost optimization initiatives

✅ Oversee end-to-end hub operations with high operational efficiency

✅ Plan and execute delivery routes for maximum productivity

Preferred Candidate Profile

✔ Experience in logistics, courier, or e-commerce operations

✔ Robust leadership, people management, and decision-making skills

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

✔ Excellent problem-solving and operational planning capabilities
