DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Explaining technical bulletins to technicians.
Job allocation to technicians , floor scheduling.
Parts & consumables requisition.
Work time monitoring & adherence.
Focus on repeat repair RO.
Proactive work time / cost change info to SA.
Monitor and return unused spares to spare store.
Housekeeping of shop floor.
Adherence to RQ, PQ & SOPs.
Equipments & tools calibration.
Upkeep of shop floor visual displays.
Warranty parts handover to warranty executive with proper tagging.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT
Technical, use of special tools, equipments & diagnostic tools.
Administrative.
Coordination with SA, QC & parts dept.
Valuable PR.
DMS usage.
Kaizen on shop floor.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
