Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacturing and production of jewellery items.
- Handle jewellery components with care and maintain quality standards.
- Perform polishing, assembling, finishing, and inspection of jewellery pieces.
- Follow production schedules to meet daily targets.
- Ensure proper handling of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and other materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
- Report any defects or production issues to the supervisor.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI (Preferred).
- Previous experience in jewellery manufacturing is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes.
- Basic understanding of quality inspection.
- Positive hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
