Skills:

We are looking for an experienced IT Lead to oversee all IT (Information Technology) functions for our Customer in Metal and Mining Business. You will be in charge of a team and manage the company’s technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies

The goal is to ensure IT systems and people are effective and functioning within the limits of budget, time and specifications of the company

Drive IT Operation across Entities of Customer based out of Jharsuguda

IT Service vendor management with SLAs

Ensure smooth IT Site Operations and Management.

Execute on Short term & Log term projects for IT

Drive analytics with cross functional teams and partnership strategy through design, build approach.

Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals

Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management

Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs

Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software

Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency





Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management

Coordinate IT managers and supervise computer scientists, technicians and other professionals to provide guidance

Control budget and report on expenditure

Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts

Primary Skills:

o Minimum of 10+ years of overall project management experience in IT, with at least 8+ years focused on SAP projects.
o 3+ full-lifecycle SAP Functional (SAP MM / SD) implementations with demonstrated hands-on configuration and functional knowledge.
o Proven experience managing project budgets
o Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a significant plus.
 Technical Skills:
o knowledge of SAP FICO module suite.
o Solid understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (SD, MM, HR).
o Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet) and
Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
