Job Description – Business Development Executive

QREC Clinical Research LLP is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and well-presented Business Development Executive to support the organization's business growth, client engagement, and front office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a skilled attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Business Development

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and client documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely client support and project updates.
- Maintain and update the client database and business development records.

Front Office & Reception

- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and interview candidates in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
- Schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments.




- Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front office operations.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support when required.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in business development, customer service, reception, or client relations will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach.
