Role & responsibilities

- Video Production &
- Shooting:

Plan, set up, and shoot product showcase videos, garment detail shots, fabric textures, fitting clips, and corporate uniform displays.

- Short-Form Content Creation: Shoot and edit fast-paced, high-retention Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and viral video ads tailored for Meta/Instagram ad campaigns.

- Video Editing &

- Post-Production:

Edit raw footage, assemble video sequences, apply smooth transitions, add color grading, select trending audio, and design kinetic text overlays/subtitles.

- Product Cataloging &

- Showcasing:

Create transparent, aesthetic 10-to-30-second digital catalog videos for wholesale buyers to view on WhatsApp and social media.

- Trend Research: Track latest Instagram, YouTube, and apparel industry trends to pitch creative video concepts, hooks, and shoot formats weekly.

- Equipment &

- Asset Management:

Maintain cameras, lighting setups, wireless microphones, gimbals, and organize video assets for quick retrieval.

Preferred candidate profile

- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro,



CapCut Desktop, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

- Camera Handling: Hands-on experience operating DSLRs/Mirrorless cameras, high-end smartphones, gimbals, ring lights, and softbox setups.

- Creative Eye: Sound understanding of framing, lighting, color harmony, and visual storytellingspecifically for apparel and textiles.

- Short-Form Expertise: Knowledge of scroll-stopping hooks, pacing, dynamic text styling, and social media video trends.

- Portfolio Required: Must present a portfolio or sample work (Instagram link, Google Drive reel, or YouTube links) showing previous video shooting and editing projects.
