Photo Phactory Studios is a creative production studio dedicated to crafting high-quality visual content that connects brands with their audiences. From commercial shoots and corporate films to social media campaigns and promotional videos, we believe every frame should tell a story. We're looking for a passionate and talented Video Photographer who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to produce exceptional visual content.

Key Responsibilities As a Video Photographer, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to final delivery.

Your responsibilities will include

Plan and execute professional video shoots for brands, products, events, corporate clients, and social media campaigns.

Operate DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras along with lighting and audio equipment.

Capture high-quality footage while maintaining proper composition, lighting, camera movement, and storytelling.

Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro to produce polished, engaging, and platform-ready videos.

Add transitions, sound design, music, colour correction, basic motion graphics, and visual enhancements where required.

Work closely with the creative team to understand project objectives and transform ideas into compelling visual content.

Organize, manage, and archive project files efficiently.

Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Stay updated with the latest videography techniques, editing trends, and social media content formats.

Maintain and take care of cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and other production gear.

Skills & Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:





Minimum 2 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Good understanding of camera settings, composition, lighting, framing, and audio recording.

Experience in shooting promotional videos, advertisements, interviews, reels, or corporate content.

Knowledge of colour correction and basic colour grading.

Strong storytelling ability with excellent visual aesthetics.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.

Preferred Qualifications Candidates with the following will have an added advantage:

Experience with After Effects or Photoshop.

Understanding of social media platforms and short-form video content.

Basic knowledge of photography.

Experience working in a creative agency or production house.
