We’re looking for a passionate Video & Graphic Designer who can bring stories to life through stunning visuals and engaging motion content. If you have an eye for aesthetics, love creating scroll-stopping social media content, and can balance brand consistency with creative flair, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

Visual Design & Branding

- Create captivating graphics for websites, mobile apps, social media, and marketing collateral using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Develop and maintain brand identities (logos, color palettes, typography) for our clients across tech, e-commerce, and service industries
- Design UI elements, icons, and illustrations that enhance user experience across digital platforms

Video Production & Editing

- Produce, shoot (when required), and edit high-quality video content—including promotional videos, product demos, client testimonials, and social media reels
- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects or similar tools
- Optimize video content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) with appropriate formats and aspect ratios

Content Creation & Marketing Support

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual assets for ad campaigns, email newsletters, and landing pages
- Develop engaging thumbnails, GIFs,



and short-form video content that drives engagement
- Maintain a content library and ensure all visual assets are organized and accessible

Creative Collaboration

- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and responsively
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize creative campaigns and visual storytelling strategies
- Stay updated on design trends, viral content formats, and emerging creative tools

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent portfolio experience
- 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or freelance experience welcomed)
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Solid portfolio demonstrating versatility across print design, digital graphics, and video content
- Understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Basic knowledge of video shooting techniques and equipment (cameras, lighting, audio)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific content requirements

Bonus Points:

- Experience with 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema 4D)



or AI design tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion)
- Motion graphics and character animation skills
- UI/UX design experience and familiarity with design systems
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics to understand web design constraints
- Experience creating content for B2B tech or SaaS companies
