Role Description As a Video Editor at TheWireMonster, you will work on-site in Mohpa in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with the creative and marketing teams. On a daily basis, you will edit and assemble video footage, refine audio, add motion graphics, and create engaging content aligned with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives. You will organize raw assets, maintain project files, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos for social media, ads, and other digital platforms.

The role involves interpreting creative briefs, suggesting visual storytelling approaches,



and optimizing videos for various formats and channels. You will also participate in feedback cycles, implement revisions efficiently, and contribute ideas to improve overall video quality and audience engagement.

Qualifications

Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

Basic motion graphics and visual effects capabilities (e.g., Adobe After Effects) to enhance storytelling.

Good understanding of sound editing, audio mixing, and music selection for digital content.

Knowledge of social media and digital marketing requirements, including aspect ratios, formats, and platform best practices.

Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and maintain a consistent visual style across projects.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects effectively.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and respond to feedback constructively.

Prior experience in video editing for marketing, advertising, or social media campaigns; agency experience is a plus.

Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Willingness to learn current tools, stay updated on editing trends, and contribute creative ideas to enhance client campaigns.
