We are looking for a talented Video Editor who can bring creativity and efficiency to our short-form content projects. The ideal candidate will have experience creating visually engaging videos tailored for short-form micro-drama and cinematic storytelling, with a strong eye for pacing, emotion, and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities

Edit and produce dynamic short-form video content for digital platforms.

Create and incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and animation elements to enhance storytelling and engagement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure videos align with creative direction, brand guidelines, and quality standards.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of video editing techniques, visual trends, and platform best practices.

Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times while maintaining high production quality.

Optimize edits for viewer retention, emotional impact, and platform-specific formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, etc.). Qualifications

1–2 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in short-form, narrative, or digital content production.





Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of storytelling, motion graphics, animation principles, and cinematic editing techniques.

Demonstrated experience editing micro dramas, short films, movies, web series, or other narrative-driven video content.

Portfolio showcasing expertise in short-form content, narrative storytelling, and motion graphics.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Creative mindset with a strong understanding of visual storytelling and audience engagement.

Requirements

Relevant Experience: Prior experience working on movies, web series, micro dramas, or similar narrative content is highly preferred.

Availability: Full time commitment, with availability during standard working hours for collaboration and project deadlines.
