We are looking for a Creative Content Producer Video & Graphics who can transform ideas into engaging visual content. If you're passionate about video editing, graphic design, AI-powered creativity, and producing content that captures attention, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As our Creative Content Producer, you'll be responsible for creating visual content across multiple platforms.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Create and edit long-form YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, webinars, and educational content.
- Create engaging short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Design LinkedIn carousel posts and presentation-style content.
- Create graphics for blogs, website pages, press releases, email campaigns, and social media.
- Design YouTube thumbnails, banners, cover images, and promotional creatives.




- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets.
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, B-roll, sound effects, music, and visual effects.
- Use AI-powered tools to improve creative workflows and content production.
- Organise project files and maintain a structured library of creative assets.
- Collaborate closely with the Founder and Content Team to maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

Skills & Requirements

- 13 years of qualified experience in video editing and digital content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Motion, Sound Editing, Audio Editing, Visual Effects or similar editing tools.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Good design skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools for image, video, voice, and creative content generation.
- Good understanding of typography, colour, composition, pacing, and storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
