Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in Gwalior.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, organizing assets, and editing videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, sound, and graphics, applying color correction and grading, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with producers, videographers, and designers to refine storylines, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished final outputs within deadlines.

Editor will also help optimize content for various formats and platforms and maintain an organized archive of projects and media files.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital and social media content.

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and basic color correction to achieve consistent, high-quality visuals.

- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, and visual elements that enhance storytelling.

- Candidates should have proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic audio editing tools.

- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, a strong sense of timing and pacing, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and creative briefs.

- Candidates should have effective communication skills, the ability to collaborate in a team environment, and a willingness to receive and implement feedback.

- Relevant education in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.

- Experience creating content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and other social media channels is an advantage.
