We’re looking for a skilled, trend-savvy Video Editor to join our in-office creative team. You’ll be responsible for turning raw footage into high-performing content across social media, talking-head explainers, and podcast episodes. The ideal candidate stays on top of editing trends, understands platform-specific best practices, and can deliver polished videos quickly without compromising quality.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative workplace and takes ownership of projects from ingest to final export.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into engaging, platform-optimized videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social channels
- Produce talking-head content pieces (interviews, explainers, testimonials) with strong pacing, B-roll integration, and clean audio
- Edit and enhance podcast episodes (multi-cam setups, audio cleanup, captions, highlight reels)
- Stay current with short-form video trends, transitions, and editing styles to keep content fresh and engaging
- Add captions, subtitles, and on-screen text optimized for silent viewing
- Manage project files, organize footage libraries, and maintain version control
- Collaborate with content creators, marketers,



and designers to align on creative direction
- Turn around revisions quickly and incorporate feedback efficiently
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high production quality

Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio/reel showcasing social media videos, talking-head content, and podcast edits
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required); familiarity with After Effects , DaVinci Resolve , or Final Cut Pro is a plus
- Deep understanding of social media video trends, formats, and best practices
- Strong storytelling instincts with excellent pacing and attention to detail
- Solid skills in color correction, audio post-production, and captioning
- Experience working with multi-cam footage and synchronizing audio/video
- Highly organized with strong file management habits
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have your own high-performance PC/laptop capable of handling 4K editing workflows
