Responsibilities:

- Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts from ideation to final production.
- Support both paid and organic social media campaigns with static and motion content (Reels, TikToks, UGC, and ad variations).
- Maintain organized file systems and digital asset libraries in platforms like Dropbox and Frame.io.
- End-to-End Video Editing - Execute complete video projects using industry-standard editing software from raw footage import through final export and delivery.
- Quality Refinement - Refine rough cuts, optimize transitions, color grade, and solve technical/creative challenges for professional results.
- Visual Effects and Graphics: Incorporate eye-catching transitions, graphics, text overlays, and animations that enhance the story and drive engagement.




- Asset Organization - Organize, label, and manage raw footage, audio tracks, graphics, and exported files for efficient team handoff and archiving.
- Quality Control & Brand Consistency: Ensure accuracy in captions, subtitles, and on-screen text. Maintain visual consistency — fonts, colors, tone

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of sound design, Audio mixing, color correction, and finishing.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, FinalCut or CapCut.
- Experience of Generative AI for videos
- Platform Knowledge: Must understand video formats, aspect ratios, and optimization for:

YouTube (SEO basics, thumbnails, CTR understanding) Instagram (Reels algorithm & engagement)

LinkedIn (qualified tone edits)

Facebook & Meta Ads (conversion-driven edits)

BYOD Requirement:

- Personal PC or laptop (minimum i5 processor).
