We are hiring a creative and technically capable Video Editor + Graphic/Motion Designer who can produce premium, accurate and post-ready visual content across all DCS brands.

This is not a basic social-media-design role. The selected candidate must be able to understand technical products, follow strict brand requirements and convert complex concepts into clear videos, motion graphics, diagrams, carousels and campaign assets.

Role overview The Video Editor + Graphic/Motion Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality video, graphic and motion content for product launches, founder communication, technical explainers, social-media campaigns, product demonstrations and brand-building initiatives.

The person will work closely with the Head Organic Growth & Technical Content, Social Media Manager, product teams and Founders Office.

The selected candidate must work only from approved scripts, product information and verified technical evidence. No metrics, certifications, partnerships, performance results or product claims may be invented or exaggerated.

Key responsibilities

Video editing

- Edit short-form reels for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit founder videos, interviews, announcements and thought-leadership content.
- Produce product demonstrations and feature-explainer videos.
- Edit launch films, campaign videos and promotional content.
- Produce long-form YouTube videos where required.
- Convert long videos into multiple short clips.
- Add subtitles, lower thirds, callouts, transitions and branded motion elements.
- Perform basic sound design, audio cleaning and background-music integration.
- Perform colour correction and visual consistency checks.
- Export videos according to the correct format, resolution, frame rate and platform specifications.

Graphic design
- Create LinkedIn carousels and technical presentation slides.
- Create X launch cards, announcement graphics and evidence cards.
- Design thumbnails, banners, headers, social-media covers and campaign creatives.
- Create technical diagrams, process flows and product explainers.
- Design product-feature graphics and comparison visuals.
- Prepare event, hiring, partnership, audit and milestone announcements.
- Create website-support visuals and investor-presentation graphics where required.
- Maintain accurate spacing, typography, alignment, dimensions and export quality.

Motion design
- Create animated logos, titles, diagrams and interface demonstrations.
- Convert technical workflows into easy animated explanations.
- Produce motion graphics for AI, cryptography, space, education and engineering products.
- Animate dashboards, product interfaces and application screens.
- Create launch sequences, data visualisations and product-highlight animations.
- Use After Effects or equivalent tools to create reusable motion templates.

- Build and maintain reusable visual and motion templates.

Technical accuracy
- Work only from approved scripts, product documents and verified evidence.
- Never create or publish unverified claims.

- Maintain organised editable project files.
- Save source files, footage, fonts, audio, graphics and exports in company-controlled storage.
- Follow company naming and version-control conventions.

- Do not store DCS project files on personal drives, personal cloud accounts or personal devices.

Required qualifications and experience
- 37 years of professional experience in video editing, graphic design and motion design.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating
- Reels and short-form videos

- Technology or product videos
- Social-media graphics

- LinkedIn carousels

- Motion graphics

- Product explainers

- Launch or campaign content

- Strong working knowledge of
- Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe After Effects or equivalent motion-design software

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to produce clean, premium and modern technology visuals.
- Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, spacing, composition and visual storytelling.
- Ability to convert complex information into simple visual communication.
- Strong attention to dimensions, filenames, versions and delivery deadlines.
- Ability to work on multiple brands and projects without losing visual consistency.
- Good written English and ability to understand technical scripts.
- Ability to work under structured review and approval processes.

Preferred skills
- Blender or other 3D tools.
- Cinema 4D or equivalent 3D-motion software.
- Product UI and dashboard-animation experience.
- Experience creating SaaS or deep-tech product demos.
- Sound design and professional audio editing.
- Advanced colour grading.
- Screen-recording and product-demonstration workflows.
- Figma or other interface-design tools.
- Experience with AI-assisted creative tools.

Every format must be delivered as an independent, properly named file. Expected first six-month outcomes The selected candidate will be expected to establish:
- A reliable weekly production pipeline supporting every DCS brand.
- A reusable library of branded video, graphic and motion templates.
- Consistent quality across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Faster content production with reduced corrections and rework.
- Properly organised editable files and source assets.
- A searchable archive of all completed work.
- Clear separation between draft, review and approved assets.
- Platform-ready exports with correct dimensions and file naming.
- Accurate technical visuals based on approved product information.
- A consistent premium visual standard across all DCS brands.

Practical interview assessment Shortlisted candidates may be given:

The candidate will be asked to prepare:
1. One 30–45 second reel
2. One LinkedIn carousel cover
3. Two carousel inner slides
4. One X or LinkedIn launch graphic
5. The complete organised editable project folder

Important role conditions
- This is a full-time, work-from-office position in Gurugram.
- Hybrid and remote working are not available.
- All work created during employment will belong to DCS AI Technologies.
- Company files must be stored only on approved company systems.
- The employee must sign the company NDA, intellectual-property assignment and IT-security agreement.
- Unpublished product information, technical documents, source files and campaign material must remain confidential.
- Personal cloud storage, personal email and unauthorised external drives may not be used for company work.
