Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Pune District.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, editing video content, and creating engaging visual narratives for training materials, marketing campaigns, and social media platforms. Daily tasks include trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, sound, and graphics, performing color correction, and ensuring brand consistency across all video outputs.



The role involves collaborating with trainers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand objectives, refine storyboards, and deliver polished content within deadlines.

The Video

Editor will also optimize videos for different formats and channels and maintain organized media libraries and project files.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and qualified visual quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating titles, overlays, and visual elements.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design for educational and marketing content.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, take feedback constructively, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Relevant education in Media, Film, Animation, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio showcasing previous video editing and motion graphics work; experience in e-learning or IT training content is an advantage.
