Job Title: Visual & Communications Designer Employment: Full Time Role

Compensation: INR 5 to 8 LPA Job Location: Greater Kailash II, Recent Delhi

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Job Responsibilities:

Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, presentations, and brand communications.

Create reels, product films, brand stories, launch videos, event highlights, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional videos.

Assemble footage, refine pacing, enhance storytelling, and ensure a polished final output.

Perform colour correction, colour grading, sound editing, audio balancing, and basic sound design.

Add motion graphics, titles, subtitles, transitions, captions, and visual effects where appropriate.

Optimise video formats, durations, and exports for platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and digital advertising.

Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, and copywriters to maintain visual consistency across campaigns.

Organise and manage video assets, project files, and archival footage.

Stay updated with evolving editing styles,



social media trends, and emerging video formats to continuously improve creative output.

Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high production quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience: 2–5 years of professional video editing experience, preferably within a branding agency, creative agency, production house, or consumer brand.

Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, social media, and brand-focused video content.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, and Adobe Audition or equivalent editing software.

Experience with motion graphics, typography, animation, colour grading, and audio post-production.

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and platform-specific content formats.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative teams.

Experience editing content for food & beverage, cosmetics, hospitality, lifestyle, retail, or other consumer brands is preferred.
