Website: https://bigboost.agency/ About the Role We are looking for a Video Editor with a strong eye for storytelling, creativity, and performance-focused editing to create compelling video content that captures attention and drives results. This is an execution-focused role where speed, attention to detail, creative thinking, and collaboration with the Performance Marketing team are equally important.

What You'll Do • Edit high-performing short-form and long-form videos for paid advertising, social media, websites, and other digital marketing channels.

- Create engaging video creatives optimized for platforms such as Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital advertising channels.
- Transform raw footage into compelling, conversion-focused videos through effective storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, sound design, and visual enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing and Creative teams to develop video creatives aligned with campaign objectives and audience insights.
- Create multiple video variations for creative testing and campaign optimization.
- Incorporate subtitles, animations, transitions, graphics, visual effects, and brand elements while maintaining consistency across client accounts.
- Support the creative team with static design requirements whenever needed, ensuring seamless project execution during peak workloads or in the absence of Graphic Designers.
- Stay updated with evolving video trends, platform specifications, editing techniques, and best practices for digital advertising.




- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality output within tight deadlines. What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Video Editor in a digital marketing agency, creative agency, or performance marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form and performance marketing video creatives across digital platforms.
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other industry-standard editing tools.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, motion graphics, typography, colour correction, and platform-specific video optimization.
- Experience creating video creatives optimized for paid media campaigns and social media platforms.
- Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools for video editing, automation, visual enhancements, or content generation will be an added advantage.
- Basic graphic design skills with the ability to support static creative requirements when required will be an added advantage.
- Ability to translate campaign objectives, creative briefs, and performance insights into engaging video content.
- Solid attention to detail, creativity, time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset and openness to creative feedback.

This Role Is Not

For

- Candidates with primarily wedding, cinematic, documentary, or event videography experience.
- Candidates without experience editing digital marketing or paid advertising creatives.
- Candidates whose portfolio is predominantly focused on films, music videos, or long-form entertainment content.
- Candidates without prior experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
